How much Is Shipping?

Lucky you! We currently offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over$200 and worldwide free shipping on orders over $300 

NO REFUNDS

  • 'No change-of-mind refunds on sale items'
  • 'No change-of-mind refunds after seven days'

Items must be sent back to D'vout Designs within 7 business days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit and exchanges only! 


EXCHANGES/CREDIT
We hope you love your new purchase, but in the event, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 7 BUSINESS days of receiving them. 

To initiate an exchange or credit please submit a return request. Instructions on how to submit a Return Request can be found below. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your return to be authorized. Once authorized, you will receive an email which will include our return address and further instructions. Please do not return your order until your return request has been authorized or your order will be refused upon arrival.

Only store credit will be issued for your return.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items need to be in new, unworn condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by the packing slip from the original shipment.
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will NOT be issued for the following:

  • Accessories
  • Lingerie/Underclothes
  • Sale/Clearance Items
  • Bathing Suits
  • Jewelry
  • Handbags


We cannot accept returns or exchanges for tampered items or evidence of alteration, fragrance, or cigarette smoke.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping, you will receive store credit for your items minus shipping costs. 
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US. WE WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

We strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as Dvout is not responsible for lost returned packages. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed. We'll email you to confirm that it's complete. You can also Contact Us at any time should you need further assistance.

PLEASE NOTE:

IN ANY EVENT WHICH ITEMS WERE SEND DEFECTIVE OR ANY OTHER INCONVENIENCE IN OUR PART. Refund will be issued back to your account in 7 Business days.


Gift Certificates may not be returned.
We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.


How To Request a Return or Exchange

Receive the approved request via email from us.
Return your items within 7 days of receipt of delivery, to the address provided. Please include your order number on the outside of the package. Items not received within the 7 days of the date YOU received the item will be NOT be accepted and will be returned to you, no exceptions! 

Send us the tracking number with the return/exchange number at sales.enquiries@dvout.com.au


Exchanges

To make an exchange, please follow the steps 

Your item(s) should be sent back and delivered to us within 7 business days of receipt by you. Returns outside these timeframes example international shipping may be accepted at the discretion of Dvout

Returns that are not accepted for the reasons listed in the policy will be returned to you. You will be responsible for shipping charges.


Return/exchange

Once we have received your package, your item(s) will be inspected and if accepted, store credit will be issued within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

Defective or Wrong Merchandise

All items are fully inspected before being shipped, however, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return. Send a picture of the item to sales.enquiries@dvout.com.au along with your order number, or Contact Us via our website. 

If your item is, in fact, defective or incorrect, we will send you a replacement or issue store credit to your account if you no longer want the same item. Refunds to your original form of payment cannot be issued. 


CONDITION OF RETURN

All products Must be returned: Unworn & unwashed, With all original tags still attached, In all product/s correct & original packaging, No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder. All Shoes Must be returned in original shoe box  & Must be tried on indoors/ soft floor.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:

All SALE Items CANNOT be returned.Please Note: For safety & hygiene purposes, the following categories can not be returned: Accessories, Lingerie, Swimwear including bodysuits.
